Work shouldn't feel this fun

Build a party that gets better together. Your players remember how your team works, learn from feedback, and carry that experience into the next task. When one person helps their player improve, everyone on the team benefits.

You set the goal and your Player does the legwork

Give a Player a goal and the apps they need. They can research, prepare reports and work through tasks, all within the rules you set.

Remember what matters

Players keep notes between tasks: useful context, your feedback, and what they have already figured out. The next task starts with that experience.

Work wherever, whenever

Close your laptop and grab coffee with a colleague. Your team keeps working on a schedule you control.

Coordinate party members for large quests

Your party leader manages big projects and delegates work to experts. You get polished outcomes and time back in your day.

Build on shared experience

Share a Player with your team. Colleagues can use the Player’s accumulated context and skills, then contribute their own feedback and improvements.

You're in control

You choose who can use a Player, what they can access, and when they need approval. You may even find yourself taking PTO without checking your phone all day.

Projects with your party

Get the whole
launch ready.

The landing page, the campaign, the tracking checks. Bring them into an Epic and let your party work through the plan together.

See what’s finished, what’s waiting, and where they need your call. Open the results as they come in.

3 Players · 6 steps · One shared project
Example Epic: three Players work through the Spring launch plan. A separate approval is required before spending.
Scheduled work

Give the everyday
work a schedule.

Have a Player check campaign performance each morning, prepare a client update, or catch up on the work you left with them.

You choose when they work and the rules they follow. Come back to their results, with the changes and questions ready for your review.

Weekdays at 9 AM · An example schedule
Example Player: weekday campaign checks at 9 AM, with a completed report ready for review and budgets unchanged.

Your models, knowledge, and files.

You choose what powers your Players and where their work belongs.

Example model options for a Player: frontier, reasoning, fast, coding, and balanced.

Choose the model for the job

Use models from different providers. Change a Player’s model while keeping their instructions, skills, and notes.

A Player’s notebook keeps the lesson: count completed form submissions, not phone-link clicks, as inquiries.

Keep the knowledge you build

Your Player’s notes about how you work are yours to read, download, and keep.

A campaign report saved to the team’s folder, with Google Drive™ and the official Made for Notion badge.

Save work where your team works

Have Players save results to connected tools like Google Drive and Notion, alongside the work your team already shares.

Learn more about Playbook

What do I need to set up?

Start with a job you want help with. Playbook helps you set up a Player around it. You review their model, apps, permissions, and knowledge before saving them.

What can my Players access or change?

You choose their apps and accounts, what they can change, and when they need your approval. You can give a Player read-only access or let them do more within the limits you set.

Do I need to keep Playbook open?

No. Set the days and times you want your Player to work, then close your laptop. You can give each scheduled time a job and review the work when you return.

Can I limit the credits a Player uses?

You can set a weekly credit limit for each Player and review the credits their work uses.
